For the Little Boys?

I saw this pic today and thought of Bastian's and Gavin's room.




It's similar shape and layout-wise to what I have in mind once the 1yo is able to sleep that high off of the ground...so in a couple of years? Until then, the lofted bunk with second mattress under will have to work. I really dislike the look of the lofted bunk, however. It's so clunky and dominates the room. I will have to be satisfied with getting the wall of bookcases and window seat in this year, me thinks. Baby steps...
